A few useful answers
Can I apply as a business?
Yes. Choose Business when applications are open. Selecting an account type is not a business-registration check or approval to offer a regulated service.
Why are some categories not available?
Each category has its own review and activation controls. Only categories currently open in Mahara can accept applications. Categories being prepared are not a promise of availability or a launch date.
Will submitting make my service public?
No. An application is private. Review, any required verification, and separate publication checks come before a service can appear to customers.
Do I need an authenticator app?
Mahara does not require an authenticator app for ordinary customer or provider applications. Additional Mahara authentication is required for authorized administrators using admin tools. Google may still apply its own account-security checks.
Can I save and finish later?
Unsubmitted details are not saved as a draft. Keep the application tab open while you work. After submitting, your application status is available in My account on any device where you sign in.
